Recently, the Mozhaixu Wujiang Super Major Bridge, a key project on the Chongqing-Hunan Railway Parallel Line Expressway, has completed 80% of its construction progress, entering the final sprint stage before the entire bridge is joined together.
The Mozhaixu Wujiang Super Major Bridge is located within Pengshui Miao and Tujia Autonomous County in the Wuling Mountains region, spanning across the Wujiang River. The entire bridge is 708 meters long with a main span of 296 meters. The total length of the Chongqing-Hunan Railway Parallel Line Expressway is 280 kilometers, with an average bridge and tunnel ratio of 80%.
